Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.1371 - Recipient and administrative records; confidentiality
Rule 1371.
(1)
Recipient and administrative records must be available for licensure survey and
review of content at any time by the department.
(2) Records must be maintained as
confidential documents with 1 or more of the following exceptions:
(a) Information required under these
rules.
(b) Information required by
law.
(c) Information authorized for
disclosure by written release of the recipient or the recipient's designated
representative.
