Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.1632a - Construction of wells; driven well points
Rule 132a.
(1) Steel pipe that is used as permanent casing for a driven well point shall not be less than 1 1/4 inches inside diameter.
(2) A driven well point shall not be used as a water supply well without the written approval of the health officer.
