Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.22211 - Medical control authority; quality improvement
Rule 211.
(1) A
medical control authority shall establish a quality improvement protocol to
ensure a quality improvement program is in place and functional.
(2) Data submitted by the life support
agencies within the medical control authority area must be reviewed by the
medical control authority professional standards review organization for the
purpose of improving the quality of medical care within the medical control
authority area.
