Rule 22337.
(1)
Not more than 60 days before the date of license expiration, the department
shall transmit a renewal notice to the licensee. Failure of the licensee to
receive notice for renewal does not relieve the licensee of the responsibility
for renewing his or her license.
(2) An applicant for license renewal or
relicensure as an instructor-coordinator who has been licensed for the 3-year
period immediately before the expiration date of the license or an applicant
for relicensure, in addition to holding a current license as an emergency

accumulate during the 3 years before an application for renewal or relicensure
at least 30 professional development credit hours in department-approved
