Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.3208 - Recording false information
Rule 8.
(1) An
individual responsible for filing a vital record that contains suspected false
information shall file the vital record and report the suspicion to the local
registrar.
(2) A local registrar
receiving a report of suspected false information or a vital record suspected
of containing false information, shall report it to the state
registrar.
