Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.3334 - Wastewater discharge
Rule 34.
(1) A person proposing to discharge treated wastewater to the waters of the state shall comply with the provisions of Act No. 245 of the Public Acts of 1929, as amended, being ยง323.1 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
(2) A mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park sewage disposal system other than a septic tank subsurface disposal system of less than 10,000 gallons per day shall be under permit from the water resources commission.
