Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.3352 - Transfer and disposal
Rule 52. The transfer and disposal of garbage and rubbish from a mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park shall be as prescribed by Act No. 641 of the Public Acts of 1978, as amended, being ยง299.401 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and known as the solid waste management act.
