Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.45145 - Employee; health; communicable disease
Rule 145.
(1) The
licensee shall ensure that an employee is free from communicable disease. A
health facility or agency shall maintain employee files containing baseline
screening for communicable diseases or immunizations, and records of illness
and accidents occurring on duty.
(2)
Employees, contract personnel, students, volunteers, and other persons who have
direct physical contact with patients or food while providing care or services
in the facility may participate only when free of signs of
infection.
