Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.45363 - Social work services
Rule 363.
(1) The
hospice shall provide social work services to the patient and family.
(2) Social work services must be available 7
days a week when reasonable and necessary to meet the needs of the patient and
family.
(3) Social work services
must provide support to enable an individual to adjust to experiences
associated with death.
(4) Social
work services must be delivered consistent with the patient care
plan.
