Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.5087 - Ownership of radioactive material
Rule 87.
This rule is a general license issued to own radioactive material without regard to quantity. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this part, this general license does not authorize the manufacture, production, transfer, receipt, possession, or use of radioactive material.
