Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.51451 - Scope, application, adoption, and availability of standards
Rule 1.
(1) The
rules in this part apply to exposures to any of the following:
(a) Formaldehyde from any source.
(b) Formaldehyde gas.
(c) Formaldehyde solutions.
(d) Materials that release
formaldehyde.
(2) The
rules in this part apply to all employment situations, including general
industry and construction industry employment.
(3) The following federal Occupational Safety
and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations are adopted by reference in these
rules:
(a)

(b)

Safety and Health Administration website, www.osha.gov, at no charge, as of the time of
adoption of these rules.
(11) The
standards adopted in these rules are available for inspection at the Department

(12) The standards adopted in these rules may
