Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.5253 - Vacating premises
Rule 253.
A specific licensee, not less than 20 days before vacating or relinquishing possession or control of premises that may have been contaminated with radioactive material as a result of his or her activities, shall notify the department in writing of intent to vacate. When deemed necessary by the department, the licensee shall decontaminate or have decontaminated the premises in a manner required by the department.
