Rule 1.
(1) The
federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration's regulations on
underground construction promulgated by the United States Department of Labor
and codified at
29 CFR
1926.800, "Underground Construction," are
adopted by reference in these rules as of, May 14, 2019, except for the
following regulations and except as provided in subrule (2) of this rule:
