Mich. Admin. Code R. 333.5079 - Records of surveys and calibrations
Rule 79.
(1) A
registrant shall retain records of the results of surveys and calibrations
required by R 333.5063 for 3 years after the record is made.
(2) A registrant shall maintain records of
the results of surveys used to determine exposures, in the absence of or in
combination with individual monitoring data, in the assessment of individual
dose equivalents. A registrant shall retain these records until the department
terminates the registration requiring the record.
