Mich. Admin. Code R. 333.5311 - Purpose and scope
Rule 311.
(1)
This part establishes requirements governing the use of x-radiation in
medicine, osteopathy, chiropractic, and podiatry.
(2) This part applies to all registrants who
use x-radiation as a health practitioner or on behalf of a health practitioner
licensed under article 15 of the act for the intentional exposure of
humans.
(3) In addition to the
requirements of this part, all registrants who use x-radiation as a health
practitioner or on behalf of a health practitioner licensed under article 15 of
the act are subject to all applicable provisions of these rules.
