Mich. Admin. Code R. 336.1353 - Standpipe assembly emissions during coke cycle from coke ovens
Rule 353.
(1) During a coking cycle, a person shall not cause or permit to be discharged into the outer air any visible emission from any standpipe assembly, except that visible emissions may be emitted from a number of standpipe assembly emission points on the coking cycle not to exceed 4% of all standpipe assembly emission points on the operating ovens of a coke battery.
(2) Compliance with the limit specified in this rule shall be determined using reference test method 9B.
