Mich. Admin. Code R. 336.1944 - Emission standards for Portland cement manufacturing
Rule 944.
(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart LLL, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from the Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart LLL, shall comply with those provisions.
(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart LLL mean the department.
