Mich. Admin. Code R. 336.1948 - Emission standards for area sources: electric arc furnace steelmaking facilities
Rule 948.
(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart YYYYY, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Area Sources: Electric Arc Furnace Steelmaking Facilities," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart YYYYY, shall comply with those provisions.
(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart YYYYY mean the department.
