Mich. Admin. Code R. 336.1951 - Emissions standards for secondary lead smelting
Rule 951.
(1) The
provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart X, are adopted by reference in R
336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of
"National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Secondary Lead
Smelting," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart X, shall comply with those
provisions.
(2) For purposes of
this rule, the terms "administrator " and "EPA " as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63,
Subpart X mean the department .
