Mich. Admin. Code R. 338.203 - Training for the administration of opioid antagonists; requirements
Rule 3.
(1)
Pharmacists who dispense opioid antagonists under the standing order shall
obtain training in the proper use and administration of opioid antagonists and
in opioid overdose response. The training programs may be obtained online, in
person, or in writing.
(2)
Pharmacists who dispense opioid antagonists under the standing order shall
provide educational material, approved by the office of the chief medical
executive, on the administration of opioid antagonists to eligible
individuals.
