Mich. Admin. Code R. 338.3183 - Distribution to suppliers
Rule 83.
(1) An
individual who is lawfully in possession of a controlled substance that is
listed in a schedule may return the substance to the individual who gave the
person the substance or to the manufacturer of the substance without obtaining
a license to distribute. The individual who distributes the substance shall
maintain a written record that contains all of the following information:
(a) The date of the distribution.
(b) The name, form, and quantity of the
substance.
(c) The name, address,
and license number of the individual who distributes the substance.
(d) The name, address, and license number, if
known, of the supplier or manufacturer.
(2) In the case of a controlled substance
listed in schedules 1 or 2, an order form must be used and maintained as the
written record of the distribution.
