Rule 16. The facility shall obtain a registration pursuant to 21 CFR 1301.11 (2009), from the DOJ DEA, or its successor agency, when required by the DOJ DEA, before stocking, purchasing, and using a controlled substance. Purchases must be made pursuant to procedures established by the DOJ DEA.
