Mich. Admin. Code R. 338.3518 - Animal sedation; training of personnel
Rule 18. An applicant for a permit pursuant to R 338.3513(1) shall comply with the following requirements:
(a) The applicant shall complete a training
consistent with section 7333(16)(c) of the code, MCL 333.7333.
(b) The applicant shall complete a training
that has been approved by the state veterinarian.
(c) The applicant shall complete a training
given by a veterinarian who is currently licensed in this state and is in good
standing.
