Mich. Admin. Code R. 338.7219 - License renewal; requirements
Rule 19.
(1) An
applicant for license renewal shall satisfy the requirements of the code and
the rules promulgated under the code.
(2) An applicant for license renewal shall
provide the required fee and a completed application on a form provided by the
department.
