Mich. Admin. Code R. 339.5141 - Violations
Rule 141.
(1) A
licensee shall respond to the department within 30 days of the date a citation
is issued against a licensee. Failure to respond to the department within 30
days is a violation of the act.
(2)
A licensee may receive written communication from the department requesting
information for any reason. The licensee shall respond to the department, with
the requested information, within the timeline allocated by the department in
the written request, no later than the date that is prescribed in a letter to
the licensee. Failure to respond to the department within the timeline
allocated is a violation of the act.
