Mich. Admin. Code R. 340.1008 - Approval of school social worker preparation programs
Rule 8.
(1) The
state board shall approve standards for reviewing school social worker
preparation programs.
(2) The
superintendent of public instruction shall approve school social worker
preparation programs in accordance with the state board approved
standards.
(3) Continued approval
by the superintendent of public instruction requires that the school social
worker preparation provider be accredited or that a state review process
recommend approval by the superintendent of public instruction.
