Mich. Admin. Code R. 340.1744 - Programs for students with physical impairment or other health impairment
Rule 44.
(1)
Programs for students with physical impairment or other health impairment shall
have not more than 10 students in the classroom at any one time, and the
teacher shall be responsible for the educational programming for not more than
15 different students.
(2) Special
classroom units serving students with physical or other health impairment shall
provide not less than 60 square feet of floor space per person.
