Mich. Admin. Code R. 340.1750 - Director of special education
Rule 50.
(1) Local
school districts or public school academies may employ, or contract for the
services of, a not less than half-time director of special education under the
intermediate school district plan.
(2) Each intermediate school district shall
employ, or contract for the services of, a full-time director of special
education.
