Mich. Admin. Code R. 340.3 - Pupils not to be counted in membership
Rule 3. Pupils not to be counted in membership on the count date include all of the following:
(a)
A pupil who moves out of the district before the count date unless otherwise
provided by statute or these rules.
(b) A pupil who is a resident of another
school district or resident of another state or foreign country unless
otherwise provided by statute or these rules.
(c) All others who do not meet the
requirements of these rules.
