Rule 3.
(1)
Postsecondary schools shall be eligible to receive MWSG funds and make student
awards under the MWSG program.
(2)
Eligible postsecondary schools shall notify the authority not later than
February 1 preceding the fiscal year of funding if they choose not to
participate in the MWSG program.
