Rule 18.
(1) The
IPE shall be completed promptly by both the MRS counselor and the individual,
but no more than 90 days following eligibility certification, unless the
individual and MRS counselor require more time to arrive at an agreed upon
IPE.
(2) The IPE will be reviewed
at least annually by a qualified vocational rehabilitation counselor and the
individual or, as appropriate, the individuals representative, to assess the
individuals progress in achieving the identified employment outcome.
