Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.12304 - Recruitment and retention
Rule 304.
(1) An
agency shall have an ongoing foster home recruitment program to ensure an
adequate number of suitable and qualified homes based on the needs of children
referred to the agency.
(2) An
agency shall develop, implement, and maintain a program of foster home
retention that includes foster parent involvement.
