Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.12317 - Allowance and money
Rule 317.
(1) The
agency must specify the following:
(a) General
guidelines that provide a monetary range based on a child's age.
(b) Allowance for specific youth will be
determined by the social services worker, the child's parent, and the foster
parent based on the child's age and treatment needs.
(c) How the agency monitors
allowance.
(2) Any money
earned or received directly by the child remains the property of the
child.
