Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.12402 - Program statement
Rule 402. An agency shall have and follow a current written program statement that includes all the following information:
(a) Types of foster care provided.
(b) The racial, ethnic, and cultural
identity, heritage, spirituality, and background of the children
served.
(c) Types of services
provided to foster children and their families.
(d) Geographical area covered.
