Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.12602 - Program statement
Rule 602.
(1) An
agency shall have and follow a current written program statement.
(2) The statement must include all the
following information:
(a) Services and
functions provided directly or indirectly.
(b) Geographical area covered.
(c) Eligibility requirements for adoptive
parents.
(d) A clear delineation of
fees, charges, or other consideration or thing of value for adoption services
that includes specific charges for expenses and services, within and outside
the agency, and differentiates between the charges that are refundable and the
charges that are not refundable.
(e) Training requirements.
(3) An agency shall document that
the statement was provided to all persons making inquiry about the agency's
services.
