Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.12801 - Department authorization
Rule 801.
(1) The
department shall authorize an agency to evaluate applicants for inter-country
adoption.
(2) The department shall
authorize an agency to assist with the adoption or placement of a child coming
to the United States for the purpose of being adopted.
