Rule 607.
(1)
Scatter or throw rugs on hard finished floors shall have a nonskid
backing.
(2) Handrails and nonskid
surfacing or strips shall be installed in showers and bath areas.
(3) Sidewalks, fire escape routes, and
entrances shall be kept free of any hazard, such as ice, snow, and
debris.
