Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.19105 - Grantee; written operating procedures

Rule 105.

(1) A grantee that receives funding or delegated authority received under provisions of the act shall have written procedures to govern the conduct of its operations and functions. Grantee procedures shall describe the administrative and policy structure of the entity and the methods used in dealing with contractors or other agencies and shall incorporate those applicable policies of the bureau.
(2) A grantee's written procedures shall be adopted by official action of its governing/advisory board.
(3) A grantee, upon request, shall provide a copy of the procedures to each of its contractors and to the bureau without cost.
(4) A grantee shall attach an electronic copy of the procedures, within 30 days of the governing/advisory boards approval, to the statewide database.
