Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.3177 - Benefit overissuance determination and recoupment

Rule 27.

(1) A benefit overissuance period starts with the first pay period that the benefit issuance exceeds the benefit amount allowed. The overissuance period ends with the pay period immediately before the pay period when the benefit amount is corrected.
(2) A benefit amount that a group receives includes all of the following:
(a) Regular, supplemental, and duplicate warrants.
(b) Vendor payments.
(c) The amount of any benefit reduction used to repay previous overissuances.
