Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.8780 - Parent permission for transportation
Rule 780.
(1) A
center shall obtain a parent's written permission annually for routine
transportation.
(2) A center shall
obtain a parent's written permission for any non-routine transportation before
each trip.
(3) Permission for all
transportation must be maintained on file at the center.
