Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.8820 - Swimming activity supervision
Rule 820. All child care staff members counted in the child care staff member-to-child ratio shall be both of the following:
(a) Actively engaged in providing direct
care, supervision, and guidance.
(b)
Physically able to assist children quickly.
