Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.9411 - Emergencies
Rule 411.
(1) A
foster parent must have a written emergency evacuation plan displayed in a
prominent place in the home.
(2) A
foster parent must familiarize each member of the household, including the
foster child according to the child's ability to understand and persons who
provide care and supervision, with the emergency and evacuation
procedures.
(3) A foster parent
must maintain first aid supplies in the home.
