Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.10013 - Personal protective equipment
Rule 13.
(1) The
personal protective equipment shall be of safe design and construction to
perform the intended function.
(2)
Personal protective equipment required by applicable MIOSHA standards and
employee owned equipment shall be maintained by an established program to
assure the continuing adequacy, condition, and sanitation of the
equipment.
