Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.10015 - Housekeeping
Rule 15.
(1)
Materials, including scrap and debris, shall be piled, stacked, or placed in a
container in a manner that does not create a hazard to an employee.
(2) Where vegetation is a hazard, an employee
shall be protected by vegetation control or other means of protection, such as,
but not limited to, a barrier, personal protective equipment, or
medication.
(3) A storage area
shall be kept free from accumulations of materials that constitute a hazard
from fire, explosion, or pest harborage.
