Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.10202 - Adoption of federal standard
Rule 202.
(1)
The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulation 29
C.F.R. 1910 Subpart D "Walking-Working Surfaces," as amended November 18, 2016,
is adopted by reference in these rules.
(2) The regulation 29 C.F.R. 1910 Subpart D
"Walking-Working Surfaces" includes all of the following:

(15) The adopted federal regulations shall
have the same force and effect as a rule promulgated under the Michigan
Occupational Safety and Health Act, 1974 PA 154, MCL
408.1001 to
408.1094.
