Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.10568c - Elevated track
Rule 568c. Either of the following must be provided:
(a) An elevated track system
that is located 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a safe surface and that is
traversed by carriage supported equipment shall be provided with a walkway and
guardrail system.
(b) The working
platform that is capable of being lowered, as part of its normal operation, to
the lower safe surface for access and egress of the personnel and provided with
a safe means of access and egress to the lower safe surface.
