Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.11915 - Operator testing
Rule 1915. An employer shall determine the ability of an employee before authorizing the employee to operate a crane. This determination shall be based on the employee's:
(a)
Operating ability.
(b) Knowledge of
the equipment.
(c) Knowledge of
state standards, company rules, and regulations applicable to crane
operation.
(d) Knowledge of daily
inspections of the equipment.
