Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.12014 - Single-leg gantry crane; positive mechanical restraint
Rule 2014. A single-leg gantry crane used out-of-doors shall be provided with a positive mechanical restraint to secure the crane against wind movement while parked. If clamps act on the rail heads, beads or weld flash on the rail heads shall be ground off.
