Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.12019 - Trolley and bridge stops
Rule 2019.
(1)
Stops shall be provided at ends of travel of the trolley or bridge.
(2) Stops shall be provided at open ends
other than the ends of runs. These may occur at track switches, interlocking
cranes, track opener, lift-out section, turntables, and drop, lift, or transfer
sections. Such stops shall meet the same safety requirements as the end
stop.
(3) Stops shall be provided
to resist forces of impact of a crane or trolley carrying its rated load at 40%
of the rated speed.
