Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.12025 - Reporting defects in crane or monorail equipment
Rule 2025.
(1)
An operator shall report any safety defects in a crane or monorail equipment to
the operator's supervisor.
(2) A
crane or monorail system in need of repair shall have a warning or "out of
order" sign placed at the operator control station if the crane or monorail
system is to be left unattended.
